Beware of snatch thieves !!
Recently there were a few feedbacks from residents around this area that they were being tailed by motoryclist at night on their way home. There were two riders on the motorcycle and they normally off their light. Just be extra careful on your way home. Do check around before exiting your car or open your compound gate.

The below statistics speak for themselves I'm not sure it it per month or per year but with 694 houses and:
House Broke In - 18 cases
Snatched Thieves - 22 cases
Car Hijacked - 19 cases
there is 8.5% chance your household will be broken into, your car jacked or you/family member will personally assaulted if you live in this area.
even if the above are per year.. it is MUCH too high.
how high is 8.5%, well its 12:1.. so YOU HAVE A 1;12 CHANCE OF BEING ROBBED ASSAULTED AT OR NEAR YOUR HOUSE. ONE-IN-12!!
Roll a dice.. and see how long it take to roll the same no twice.. that's the odd we are dealing with.
Or put it this way if the stats are once per year.. then it is almost 100% certain that if you liv here for 8 years you WILL HAVE YOUR HOUSE BROKEN INTO, CAR JACKED and/or FAMILY ASSAULTED
the facts are clear.. if we dont push to improve security.. they it very very very likely you will be a target of crime soon.
is 50/month worth to reduce this? of course its a resouding YES
As for why the house at 63 Jl
n ss22/31 is against the project citing that "guards are the robbers' - well frankly its a lame excuse,.. does that resident REALLY think a person being paid 1700/month is more likely to be a robber or some illegal/unemployed worker, drug addict etc?
such logic defies belief and such people should not discourage us from pushing this project to fruition
